The upcoming Prime Video action-comedy Die Hart portrays comedy legend Kevin Hart as a fictitious version of himself, who sets himself on a quest to become Hollywood’s biggest action star. In order to achieve his dream, Hart joins an ‘action hero school’ run by Ron Wilcox. An Eric Appel directorial, Die Hart recreates the 2020 series with the same name. Packed with laughter and witty punches, the film also stars John Travolta and Nathalie Emmanuel in pivotal roles.
Talking about the importance of laughter in our daily lives, Kevin commented, “The world can be dark at times. There’s a heavy weight that many people have on their backs and shoulders, and sometimes the weight is lifted with a refreshing laugh.” Hart further added, “So those that can provide it or give a service to provide it, we’re just needed. We’re important, So I will never stray away from the comedy world because I know how important laughter is. It really does heal.”
In ‘Die Hart’, Kevin Hart shares the screen with John Travolta. The comic admits that he is one of the biggest fans of the actor. On his experience of sharing the screen with his idol, Kevin says, “When I saw John Travolta, the first thing I did as soon as I saw him, punched him in the stomach. I was like "It's gonna be like this every day.”
The action comedy movie Die Hart will be exclusively available on Prime Video from 24 February in 240+ countries and territories worldwide.
