Kriti Sanon plays Saumya and Shailee – twin sisters while Kajol plays Vidya aka "VJ" Jyothi the in charge of the case of attempt to murder filed against Saumya’s husband Dhruv (Shaheer Sheikh).
Written by Kanika Dhillon and directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi ‘Do Patti’ combines top notch acting led by Kriti Sanon who raises the bar, surpasses herself and registers her best performance till date. Kajol is fantastic and Shaheer Sheikh is excellent. Apart from powerhouse acting, ‘Do Patti’ combines rich atmosphere, absorbing drama, thrills in service of a taut thriller that is coined with a thought-provoking subtext.
