Filmmaker Rahul Mittra bereaved

Sad news, well known Bollywood producer Rahul Mittra lost his mother Mrs Sushiksha Mittra in Gurgaon this morning at his brother’s home.

An avid volleyball player in her college days she was a teacher before she married Rahul’s bureaucrat father.  An otherwise fit & healthy person, she was suffering from dementia for the past few years but lived a full life to see her three sons achieve success in their professional & personal lives.

After the untimely demise of their father Late MP Mittra IAS in a helicopter crash while on duty more than 30 years ago. Mrs Sushiksha Mittra survived by Vipul, a senior IAS officer who’s currently posted as Additional Chief Secretary Gujarat, Atul a leading chartered accountant in Gurgaon and the youngest Rahul, an award-winning filmmaker.

The cremation will take place tomorrow morning.
