Finally Aryan Khan walks out from Mumbai Jail. Father superstar Shah Rukh Khan urf Srk was present to receive his son Aryan Khan outside the jail premises.

The bail for Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha was granted by the Bombay High Court on 28 October, the processing of the bail application took time.

The bail conditions

A PR bond of 1 lakh each with one or more sureties signed by actress and Shah Rukh Khan friend Juhi Chawla

Forbidden to leave the country without prior permission from the Special Judge for NDPS at Greater Mumbai.

Cannot leave Mumbai without informing their investigative officer

Have to submit their itinerary to their investigating officer when he leaves

Cannot make any public statements regarding the case

Aryan Khan along with Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun Dhamecha where arrested by NCB in connection with the Mumbai Cruise drug bust case.
