Cineblues Sky Force trailer review and prediction: Akshay Kumar to taste success finally as lead after nine flops?!

Trailer of Akshay Kumar’s war action saga ‘Sky Force’ is out. Based on the IAF (Indian Air Force) 1965 air strike on the Sargodha airbase of Pakistan in the Indo-Pak war of 1965.

Directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, ‘Sky Force’ stars Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya (in his acting debut – Veer plays Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya who was part of the Sargodha airstrike and went missing. Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya was awarded Mahavir Chakra.

Sky Force also stars Sara Ali Khan, Nimrat Kaur, Sharad Kelkar, Mohit Chauhan and Manish Chaudhari.

Akshay Kumar who is having a really bad phase at the BO as a lead actor with nine flops at box office that include ‘Khel Khel Mein’ (2024), ‘Sarfira’ (2024), ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ (2024), ‘Mission Raniganj’ (2023), ‘Selfiee’ (2023), ‘Ram Setu’ (2022), ‘Raksha Bandhan’ (2022), ‘Samrat Prithviraj’ (2022), ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ (2022) is eyeing success with ‘Sky Force’.

Akshay Kumar had an extended cameo in ‘OMG 2’ and a special cameo in ‘Stree 2’ both the films enjoyed success but Akshay Kumar releases where he plays the lead have struggled and few of them had been disasters at the box office.
