The Rohit Shetty’s directorial Singham Again marks the third instalment in the blockbuster Singham franchise and that’s not all, Singham Again stars Ajay Devgn in lead along with Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff and Jackie Shroff, so its Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 : The Rule that has to bother about its fate in the Hindi belt.

The recent stupendously earthshattering and record-breaking success of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan followed by Sunny Deol’s Gadar2 and now SRK’s Jawan plus the acceptance of bold and relevant OMG 2 starring Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi is a testimony that Hindi cinema aka Bollywood has finally not only found the pulse of the audience but also has the guts/balls to open big relevant windows like sex education in films.

On the other hand, another section of the market is of the opinion that content from south has ruled – RRR, KGF, Baahubali and Allu Arjun’s rise to fame in this part of the world has happened with Pushpa : The Rise and the movie has made a good base in the Hindi belt for Allu Arjun. Rohit Shetty’s last movie starring Ranvver Singh in double role Circus was a disaster and it was bound to bomb at box office. Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa didn’t fare well. So, this is the right time for Allu Arjun to cash on his popularity and legacy of Pushpa.

Conclusion

In my opinion nobody should blink. In older days multiple releases having big stars was a norm best example – Sholay and Jai Santoshi Maa (both released on August 15, 1975) they both created history at the box office.

A rare misfire should not bother Ajay Devgn (Bholaa) or Rohit Shetty (Circus) they are much bigger names/stars. Honestly, it’s the test of Allu Arjun’s stardom in this part of the India on August 15, 2023. The real game is now on.
